Delivery Information

As all of our Cherry Blossom Scents products are hand made we aim to dispatch all orders within 7-14 working days (once payment has cleared), not including weekends, bank holidays and Christmas. We cannot be held liable for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect, incomplete, or unclear address details. Additional charges may apply for address changes post dispatch.

During warmer weather orders times may extend, this is to prevent products from melting, Thank you for understanding.

Dispatched deliveries for Royal Mail will be Monday to Friday between 9am and 4.30pm, once parcel has dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email or text message.

We offer tracked 24hr and tracked 48hr, delivery price is weight based and will be visible at the checkout.
